Middlesex County seeks a Registered Practical Nurse for relief and on-call work under Registered Nurse supervision. Apply nursing standards, support resident care planning, complete RAI assessments, and communicate changes to healthcare professionals. Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, statutory holidays, and short-notice call-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments under Registered Nurse supervision
- Assess, document, and report changing resident conditions
- Contribute to resident care plans and nursing processes
- Guide Personal Support Workers during resident care




- Provide direct care, compassion, and moral support

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration in good standing
- Ability to practise as a Registered Practical Nurse to full scope
- Current CPR certificate and satisfactory vulnerable sector screening
- Completed required tuberculosis testing within specified timelines
- Proficiency with assessments, medications, wound care, and clinical procedures
