Lead corporate accounting through month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting during a three-month contract with Vaco/Highspring’s client. This role is based in the Greater Toronto Area.

The Manager of Corporate Accounting oversees financial reporting, consolidation support, and accounting compliance. You will review sales, accounts receivable, cost of goods sold, and inventory reporting while strengthening controls. The position also supports audits, process improvements, and accounting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and consolidation support
- Review sales, receivables, cost of goods sold, and inventory reporting
- Manage payment approvals under internal accounting policies




- Oversee sales tax filings and compliance requirements
- Support audits and improve accounting reporting processes

Requirements:

- CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Four to six years of progressive accounting experience
- Robust financial reporting, controls, and month-end close knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookups
