Support individual safety and treatment needs as a full time Residential Support Worker with Dilico in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Experience in crisis management and trauma-informed care is valuable.

Reporting to the Alternative Care 4 Manager or designate, this Support Worker assists an individual with high support needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary, cross-sectorial support team. The position focuses on supervision, safety, treatment needs, and individualized support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise an individual with high support needs
- Ensure individual safety and treatment needs are met
- Provide individual support and crisis management
- Deliver trauma-informed care

Requirements:

- Certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant program
- Experience in mental health or developmental services
- Valid Class G driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Standard First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Criminal Records Search with vulnerable sector check
