Reporting to a designated services manager, the Server provides courteous meal service and maintains clean dining areas. The work supports person-centered care, resident preferences, independent feeding, and established safety standards. Food handling, communication, organization, and teamwork are central to daily service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals and beverages according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Take meal orders and answer menu questions
- Set up, clean, and sanitize dining rooms and serveries
- Provide tray services according to care or service plans




- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, concerns, and maintenance issues

Requirements:

- Safe food handling and sanitation knowledge
- Strong personal hygiene practices
- Skilled communication with residents, visitors, and team members
- Ability to organize, prioritize, problem solve, and work cooperatively
- Active Food Safe Certification and required checks
