As a Commercial Superintendent, you will guide field staff, contractors, and sub-trades across major projects in three First Nations communities. You will coordinate daily activities, monitor progress, and keep work moving when priorities change. The position suits leaders with experience in construction, restoration, trades, field operations, or another hands-on workplace. Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and technology skills support accurate site administration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct field staff, contractors, and sub-trades on site

- Address changing priorities and site challenges
- Complete safety documentation, reporting, and timesheets
- Communicate with project and safety teams

Requirements:

- Experience leading or coordinating small hands-on teams
