Support transportation operations overnight in Cambridge with route documentation, Transportation Management Systems, and detailed data coordination. This fully onsite position includes weekends.

Insight Global seeks a Transportation Coordinator for a top retail client’s Transportation team. You will support daily operations through driver information review, documentation maintenance, transportation system updates, and SharePoint administration. The work also includes invoice and PO processing, scorecards, cost-efficiency reports, and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review driver information for transportation operations
- Maintain route, vehicle, and compliance documentation
- Update transportation systems and SharePoint records
- Process invoices and purchase orders




- Prepare driver scorecards and operational KPI reports

Requirements:

- One or more years in transportation, supply chain, warehouse, or logistics
- Availability for 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM shifts and weekends
- Solid organization, multitasking, and Excel data-entry skills
- Strong communication with drivers, vendors, and internal teams
- Transportation Management System experience
