This junior-level individual contributor supports Strategy & Operations and reports to the Business Lead, Insurance. You will help manage insurance programs, optimize online questionnaires, analyze pricing, and improve underwriting effectiveness. The position focuses on insurance offerings with moderate complexity and supports Growth Written Premium targets through risk-aware decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze underwriting appetite opportunities affecting instant price and written premium
- Recommend pricing improvements using profitability analyses and market trends
- Improve question sets through drop-off analysis and simplified phrasing




- Update policy document automation following underwriting changes
- Build reports and insights using Looker, Salesforce, Amplitude, and Excel

Requirements:

- University degree in an analytical field such as Business or Mathematics
- Experience in insurance through coursework, internship, or employment
- Advanced analytical skills with robust attention to detail
- Superior Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Effective collaboration, communication, ownership, and problem-solving abilities
