Build IT automations and internal tools at Urban Sky while supporting Microsoft 365, devices, and employees onsite in Denver.

This junior software engineering seat combines daily IT operations with growing engineering work. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, administer Microsoft 365, write scripts against APIs, and contribute to CMMC 2.0 and NIST 800-171 controls. The work supports an aerospace company launching to the stratosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee IT support
- Own the daily ticket queue and resolve reported issues
- Run onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and device recovery
- Administer Microsoft 365 identity, licensing, mailboxes, SharePoint, and Teams
- Build automations, scripts, dashboards, and internal tools

Requirements:

- Zero to two years of qualified experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated engineering ability
- Scripting experience and comfort writing against APIs
- Fundamentals in operating systems, networking, and identity
- United States citizenship or eligible work authorization
