Adventuring Into Life seeks an organized, enthusiastic Program Manager for camps, afterschool programs, and school programs. You will coordinate operations, communicate with families, support coaches, and help deliver safe outdoor experiences. The work combines fieldwork, planning, communication, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead coaches and support day-to-day program operations
- Plan Adventure Camp activities, budgets, transportation, and locations
- Visit programs, monitor safety, and improve participant experiences
- Build program manuals and activity plans during quieter seasons




- Support school, outdoor education, social media, and automation initiatives

Requirements:

- Experience in camp management, recreation, outdoor education, or coordination
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs and make independent decisions
- Passion for working with children and supporting coaches
- Comfort with technology, systems, and social media
