Carecor Health Services is seeking Occupational Therapists for casual, part-time work across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Fergus, Elora, and surrounding areas. You will assess physical, cognitive, and functional abilities while helping clients improve daily living independence. The work includes individualized treatment plans, home safety assessments, adaptive equipment recommendations, and coordinated discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients’ functional abilities and rehabilitation needs
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans




- Conduct home safety assessments during discharge planning
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
- Educate families on recovery and independence strategies

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Registration in positive standing with COTO
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Clear police or vulnerable sector screening
- Proof of required vaccinations
