ParaMed seeks a Social Worker to address psychosocial, physical, and mental health-related concerns for clients and families. You will support pediatric in-home or school services and adults with medical or health concerns. Referrals may come from agencies, employers, insurers, or private payees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments addressing financial, accommodation, legal, and mental health barriers
- Design treatment plans using evidence-based information and clinical expertise
- Collaborate with government, healthcare, and community resources




- Advocate for clients and families facing complex health situations
- Maintain records and communicate findings, treatments, and progress

Requirements:

- Social Work degree and provincial registration or licensing
- Minimum two years practicing as a Social Worker
- Knowledge of applicable mental health and healthcare legislation
- Robust communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification and clear VPS
