Performance Objectives

- Build and sustain a panel of 300–400 patients within 12 months while delivering 90%+ continuity of care and 4.9/5 satisfaction scores through unhurried, relationship-centered visits.
- Identify and address preclinical risk in 80% of new patients within 90 days using advanced diagnostics, genomic insights, and root-cause analysis to prevent chronic disease onset.
- Design and oversee individualized longevity and performance plans (hormones, metabolic optimization, energy, weight) that produce measurable biomarker and functional improvements for 75% of enrolled patients annually.
- Lead quarterly healthspan reviews and proactive interventions that reduce acute care utilization by 40% versus traditional primary care benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to refine protocols and publish internal outcomes data that demonstrate the clinic’s superiority in early detection and vitality metrics.
- Mentor emerging clinicians and contribute to the expansion of our precision-care model across additional locations within 18–24 months.

You report directly to the Medical Director and work alongside a tight-knit team of longevity specialists, patient advisors, and concierge coordinators. Essential Qualifications

- Licensed MD or equivalent with CCFP (or eligible) and at least 5 years of primary-care or internal-medicine experience demonstrating exceptional diagnostic acumen.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable preventive and longevity outcomes, including biomarker optimization and chronic-disease reversal.
- Comfort integrating advanced testing (genomics, metabolomics, advanced imaging) into daily clinical decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills that turn complex science into motivating, personalized patient partnerships.
- Alignment with a luxury, high-touch service model and willingness to practice in a small-volume, high-accountability environment.
