As a Donor Care Representative, you will support fundraising and stewardship programs through donor inquiries and account maintenance. You will process donations, assist event participants with online fundraising tools, and help maintain donor satisfaction through first-call resolution. The position requires bilingual French and English communication, strong organization, and adaptable scheduling.
