As Group Sales Assistant, you will support ROM’s Tourism & Promotions team. Arrange visits for tour operators, performance troupes, corporate teams, and community organizations while managing inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups. Your work helps deliver excellent group experiences from first contact through post-visit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange and sell tailored group visits for diverse clients
- Upsell exhibitions, guided tours, and team-building experiences
- Respond to inquiries by email, phone, web, and in person
- Schedule staff and volunteers, invoices, and payment processing




- Track client interactions and update tourism listings

Requirements:

- Some post-secondary education in tourism, marketing, or related studies
- At least one year of administrative or sales support experience
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency; ticketing systems familiarity is an asset
