As Manager, Controls & Automation Engineering, you will develop a high-performing global engineering organization delivering advanced automation technologies. Your work integrates machine controls, embedded software, electrical systems, and communications across product lines. You will establish technical governance while supporting machine intelligence, safety, reliability, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive autonomous and automated product capability development and integration
- Establish software architecture, release, validation, and change standards
- Govern controls integration and machine communication requirements




- Lead technical responses to software and systems integration problems
- Develop and mentor global engineering personnel

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 years in controls, embedded systems, or automation
- Minimum 5 years’ global engineering leadership experience
- Experience standardizing controls platforms in global engineering environments
- Technical knowledge of ECUs, instrumentation, autonomy, and remote operation
