Contract Supply Chain Management Analyst in Calgary with category strategy, sourcing, and contract lifecycle expertise supports energy operations.

Reporting to the Manager or Senior Manager, SCM Operations Category Management, this analyst manages assigned portfolios through contract lifecycles. The work spans sourcing, negotiations, contract administration, performance management, and reporting. The position supports Upstream and Downstream operations across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage categories through cost, pricing, supplier, and scope analysis
- Execute sourcing initiatives under annual plans and procurement processes
- Develop RFx materials, evaluate bids, negotiate, and award contracts
- Review KPIs, amendments, disputes, claims, and contract close-outs




- Maintain documentation and support stakeholders, Ariba, and SAP

Requirements:

- Undergraduate technical or business degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years procurement or contract management experience
- Minimum two years category management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word and Excel
- Solid sourcing, contracting, financial, analytical, and communication skills
