Provide comprehensive nursing care in Prairie Mountain Health’s Community Based Mental Health Program, supporting addictions and vulnerable populations during day shifts.

This full-time Nurse II term position serves the Addictions In-House Programs within a clinical job stream. Practice according to established standards, policies, procedures, qualified obligations, and applicable Manitoba legislation. Apply nursing expertise in mental health, addictions recovery, counselling, and client care while maintaining required competencies for the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, residents, and clients
- Support individuals engaged in addictions recovery and treatment
- Practice within approved nursing standards and professional scope




- Maintain competencies required by Prairie Mountain Health
- Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Active CRNM or CRPNM practicing licensure, or eligibility
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support training
- Two years’ experience with vulnerable populations
- One year’s individual and group counselling experience
- Successful Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training completion
