Responsibilities cover ERP, production planning, traceability, quality control, and related business platforms. You will act as an application issue contact, resolve service tickets, and coordinate with production, engineering, quality, infrastructure, PMO, transformation, and service delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a contact for application issues across production environments
- Resolve service tickets as part of the IT support team
- Translate operational requirements into technical application solutions




- Administer system access under approved security policies and standards

Requirements:
