This Senior Project Coordinator role supports a current railway station connecting three rail lines and improving daily commutes. You will coordinate envelope scope involving windows, glazing, curtainwall, metal cladding, roofing, barriers, insulation, and finishes. The position requires close collaboration with construction, design, procurement, subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate design interfaces with structural, civil, utility, and MEP disciplines
- Monitor long-lead envelope materials and procurement delivery
- Coordinate mock-ups, testing, commissioning, and water penetration testing
- Support NCR, deficiency, clarification,



change, and corrective-action management
- Assist turnover, warranty tracking, and project closeout activities

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of relevant project coordination experience
- Building envelope, façade, glazing, cladding, roofing, or waterproofing experience
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs, and construction documentation
- Familiarity with CSA, ASTM, Ontario Building Code, and industry standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
