Power infrastructure projects need civil project engineering, resource planning, and quality review at Qualus in Vancouver or Calgary. The position is regular full time.

As Engineer III, you will coordinate civil discipline delivery while contributing technical designs for utility substation facilities. Responsibilities span calculations, drawing reviews, vendor document checks, construction responses, as-builts, and client data returns. You will help manage scope, schedules, budgets, and project resources, establish external partner relationships, and present information to clients. Qualus seeks an engineer with five to eight years of design experience, Canadian skilled registration eligibility, and knowledge of applicable Canadian standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate civil project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Review calculations, drawings, specifications,



and vendor documents
- Respond to construction requests and complete project documentation
- Present engineering information to clients and external partners
- Mentor staff and coordinate integrated engineering delivery

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of civil engineering design experience
- Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university
- P.Eng. designation or eligibility for EGBC registration
- AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software experience
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and environmental regulations
