Provide nephrology and haemodialysis care at AMGH, using patient assessment skills within a 24/7 hospital setting. Rotating shifts and on-call availability are required.

This Registered Nurse position requires current nursing experience and registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Current nephrology and haemodialysis experience is essential, alongside Meditech knowledge and computer literacy. The successful candidate manages varied patient conditions while supporting optimal care within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients and develop appropriate care plans
- Provide nephrology and haemodialysis nursing care
- Manage diverse patient conditions during changing circumstances
- Function as an independent primary nurse
- Respond appropriately during emergency situations

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of current nursing experience
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Current nephrology and haemodialysis experience
- Code White certification and Meditech experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on call
