Lead freight operations at FedEx Freight Canada during Monday to Friday, 1500H to 2330H PST, using dispatch and load planning expertise. Keep shipments on time and damage free while supporting customer satisfaction.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will direct employees and internal stakeholders across warehouse, dock, and transportation activities. Your work includes assigning tasks, coaching, performance management, coordinating freight movement, and following regulatory requirements. You will communicate with drivers, contractors, account managers, dispatch, and service centres throughout the line haul process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead employees and provide direction to internal stakeholders
- Plan daily loads and manpower needs
- Coordinate trailers, freight, pickups, and deliveries
- Monitor MBGs,



cut times, exceptions, and shipment performance
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and implement company policies

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma or two years related experience
- Three years warehouse, dock, or transportation experience
- Previous leadership experience and valid forklift certificate
- Knowledge of LTL, DOT rules, load planning, and dispatching
- Robust communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
