Shape public safety technology delivery through 911 systems expertise, project leadership, and stakeholder communication. This hybrid assignment includes travel.

The Senior Project Manager/Leader works with CACC management and PSAP communities on Ontario’s NG911 transition. You will apply knowledge of current and emerging 911 technologies, operational standards, vendor solutions, and integrated project delivery. Responsibilities include readiness, training, requirements, procurement, implementation, risk management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop plans for NG911 readiness, training, communication, and testing
- Apply CRTC ESWG expertise to Ministry response planning
- Evaluate technical risks and establish mitigating strategies
- Promote I⁢ project management standards and methodologies




- Control estimates, gating, forecasts, reconciliation, and actuals

Requirements:

- Experience in public safety operations and dispatch centres
- Knowledge of Ontario PSAP standards and CAD integration practices
- Familiarity with call handling systems supporting text and video
- Experience developing project processes, communication tools, and integrated plans
- Ability to manage complex groups and diverse stakeholder expectations
