As Principal Technical

Recruiter, you will recruit specialized senior technology talent, including Senior Staff and Distinguished Engineers. You will partner with technology leaders, translate priorities into hiring plans, and use recruiting insights to guide decisions. The work spans sourcing, selection, offers, and recruiting experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for specialized senior technology roles

- Advise technology leaders on talent availability and hiring priorities
- Conduct screens, facilitate debriefs, and extend job offers Requirements:
- Five plus years recruiting in a corporate environment
- Experience supporting senior technology, data, and analytics hiring
- Four plus years collaborating on technology sourcing strategies
- Three plus years using LinkedIn Recruiter and related tools
