As a Principal, you will support private equity investors throughout the transaction lifecycle, from opportunity identification through due diligence and post-transaction value realization. You will manage complex programs, share responsibility for engagement success, guide clients, and contribute to Oliver Wyman’s growth. The position is based in San Francisco, Current York, Boston, Chicago, or Washington DC, with travel at least 50% of the time.
