Key Responsibilities

Oversee golf services, food and beverage, facilities, and turf management

Develop operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and expenditure controls

Partner with the Board on strategic plans and objectives

and membership growth

Requirements

Five-plus years in general management or comparable senior leadership

Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills

Post-secondary education in business, management, hospitality, or equivalent experience

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and daily business operations

Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
