This newly created Process Engineer role supports the firm’s transformation agenda through end-to-end process re-engineering. You will document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop scalable processes aligned with AI and digital transformation. The position involves business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, and change management across legal and business services.

Key Responsibilities

Review operational and legal workflows to document current-state processes

Redesign processes using AI and automation opportunities

Develop workflows and standard operating procedures





Support transformation projects and pilot recent workflows

Identify and prioritize AI use cases across firm operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field

Five-plus years in business analysis or process engineering

Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering

Familiarity with AI, data governance, and digital transformation

M365 and process automation tools experience required
