Support project controls, milestone tracking, and schedule impact analysis for PCL Construction Management Inc. projects in Calgary.

This 18-month contract Scheduler role focuses on maintaining accurate schedules and communicating performance throughout construction projects. You will collaborate with project teams, field supervision, trade contractors, and senior leadership. Your work will address schedule variances, changes, delays, risks, and recovery strategies while supporting short-term and master schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply project controls, document controls, and contract requirements
- Track milestones and analyze schedule impacts from changes
- Identify and communicate variances, delays, opportunities, and risks




- Assist teams with short-term and master schedule evaluation
- Report schedule performance and support project communications

Requirements:

- Three to five years of construction scheduling experience
- Experience across multiple construction project phases
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and productivity
- Advanced Microsoft Office and scheduling systems proficiency
- Ability to collaborate with project and field teams
