Help NAIT students navigate academic pathways, resources, and supports through student-centered advising and case management in a hybrid setting.

As an Academic Advisor II, you will support student progression and retention within the JR Shaw School of Business. You will interpret student needs, provide context-appropriate coaching, and connect learners with internal and external services. The temporary assignment ends on or before April 30, 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide students through programs, pathways, and academic progression
- Assist students navigating electronic and other resources
- Provide transactional supports and contextual referrals
- Collaborate across NAIT programs and service areas
- Contribute reporting and maintain accurate student records

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Three years of related experience
- Effective interpersonal and skilled communication abilities
- Sound judgment in complex situations and conflict resolution
- Organizational skills and adaptability to changing processes
