This head-office role supports the design of a recent direct insurer, connecting members, business teams, and technology. You will analyze processes, refine backlogs, and guide initiatives from discovery to implementation. Collaboration spans Product Owners, delivery teams, legal, compliance, risk, and control partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current and future processes using feedback and operational data
- Identify gaps, impacts, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with owners to create testable acceptance criteria
- Resolve ambiguity and communicate recommendations and trade-offs




- Support change management, training, and operational readiness

Requirements:

- Five or more years of business analysis experience
- Experience with complex business systems and processes
- Agile delivery experience in partnership with Product Owners
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Insurance or regulated financial services experience is an asset
