Reporting to the Director, Accounting, this Senior Manager strengthens accounting and reporting workstreams across portfolios. The position combines hands-on team leadership with process improvement, technology-enabled finance tools, and disciplined execution. Stakeholders include Operations, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, FP&A;, and other finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape accounting priorities and translate strategy into execution
- Design scalable processes improving close and reporting quality
- Drive simplification, standardization, and finance automation
- Lead financial integrations, dispositions, and capital recycling
- Strengthen controls, audit readiness, and stakeholder service
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience improving processes or supporting finance transformation
- Robust IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and internal controls knowledge
- Ability to coach and develop accounting professionals
- Clear communication across cross-functional stakeholder groups
