Lead platform engineering at BeyondTrust by improving reliability, scalability, and efficiency across shared services, automation, and deployment systems.

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, you will shape the long-term SRE strategy for the Password Protected platform. You will reduce cognitive load for software engineers, mentor engineers, and influence the broader engineering roadmap. Your scope includes platform initiatives, foundational services, CI/CD, and declarative infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion platform engineering initiatives that accelerate engineering velocity
- Optimize APIs, service meshes, caches, and configuration management
- Implement Terraform, OpenTofu, or Ansible infrastructure patterns
- Build chaos engineering and disaster recovery simulations




- Coach engineers through reliability practices and incident reviews

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
- Senior or Staff experience for at least two years
- Familiarity with GitOps and infrastructure configuration as code
- Experience with canary or blue-green release strategies
- Understanding of microservices, continuous integration, or virtual machines
