Support Sedgwick’s commercial transportation claims team remotely, applying policy knowledge, liability analysis, negotiation, and organized file management.

As a Claims Examiner, you process complex auto and commercial transportation claims from investigation through resolution. You review personal and commercial line coverage, document files, and communicate actions with insureds, clients, agents, and brokers. The position also addresses bodily injury, litigation, vendors, and subrogation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate independent adjusters and vendor management
- Maintain action plans for required contact deadlines
- Communicate claim processing with clients and brokers
- Pursue subrogation and risk transfer opportunities
- Secure and dispose of salvage

Requirements:

- Five years of claims management experience or equivalent
- In-depth personal and commercial auto policy knowledge
- Knowledge of deductibles, sub-limits, SIRs, and programs
- Microsoft Office and PC literacy
- Ability to meet or exceed Service Expectations
