This New Installations and Modernization Coordinator supports projects from award through closeout while improving coordination services. Responsibilities include provincial safety authority directives, weekly labor planning, project cost control, customer requests, and construction documentation. The position also supports inspections and modernization activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor modernization labor plans and complete budget updates
- Organize provincial Safety Authority directives and track progress
- Review contracts against Schindler installation policies
- Process change orders,



invoices, and crew time tickets
- Participate in safety meetings and coordinate training activities

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or related work experience
- Technical proficiency or construction experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance changing priorities and solve problems
