As part of Konrad’s Management Consulting team, you will support senior colleagues across rapid-to-market initiatives and large-scale transformations. You will combine strategy, UX design thinking, technology, research, and client collaboration to address complex business challenges. Your work will help create cutting-edge experiences and guide clients toward valuable digital and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support senior team members across digital and AI projects

- Interpret client challenges with design and technology teams

Requirements:

- Two or more years of relevant experience
- Background in strategy, design, or technology engagements
- Passion for UX, digital design, and technology
- Comfort using AI tools with sound judgment
- Strong client collaboration, communication, and analytical skills
