This full time hybrid Project Sales Manager role combines project management, quoting, and project sales. You will support existing work, reduce the quoting backlog, win opportunities, and build relationships with contractors, engineers, and specifiers. Regional coaching and joint customer calls support growth in sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support existing project work and quoting priorities
- Build relationships across Northern Saskatchewan
- Win projects and transition secured work
- Develop new project business with leadership
- Update CRM opportunities and customer activity

Requirements:

- Experience in project coordination or management
- Electrical distributor, manufacturer, or contractor background preferred
- Accurate takeoff experience using electrical drawings
- Self-starter comfortable working independently
- Openness to coaching and sales development
