As a 310T Mechanic, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy trucks, trailers, and fleet equipment. The work includes tire service, vehicle fueling and washing, repair documentation, parts tracking, and safe tool use. Duties occur indoors and outdoors around vehicles, machinery, exhaust fumes, fuels, and other substances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain heavy trucks, trailers, and fleet equipment
- Inspect equipment and report deterioration promptly
- Remove and replace tires as required
- Fuel and wash company vehicles
- Use tools safely and maintain a safe work area
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician Certificate
- Three to five years of work experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Basic hand tools
- Willingness to obtain additional tools as needed
