UFA seeks an organized, detail-oriented Engineering Projects Coordinator reporting to the Senior Manager, Engineering. You will support project coordination, procurement, contract administration, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across concurrent capital projects. The work helps maintain secure, timely, budget-conscious delivery aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate capital project planning, execution, and closeout activities
- Maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, deliverables, and project records
- Administer SAP project setup, AFEs, cost centres, and purchase orders
- Process invoices, goods receipts, and payment transactions accurately




- Coordinate permits, contracts, vendors, changes, reporting, and forecasting

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in a related business, engineering, or construction field
- Minimum five years' project coordination or administration experience
- Capital project experience in engineering, construction, petroleum, utilities, or infrastructure
- Advanced SAP and Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, document control, and change management
