WHI seeks Journeymen Welders for its steel fabrication and repair facility in Fort McKay Caribou Energy Park. You will repair and rebuild heavy haul truck boxes, dozer blades, and shovel clam and backwall dippers. The work requires blueprint interpretation, oxy/fuel cutting, electric welding machines, and various wire sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and rebuild heavy haul truck boxes
- Repair and rebuild dozer blades
- Repair and rebuild shovel clam and backwall dippers
- Use oxy/fuel cutting equipment and electric welding machines
- Support a clean, organized, and protected workplace

Requirements:

- Red Seal or Alberta Journeyperson Welder Certification
- Proficiency using GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW in all positions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Valid fall protection, elevated work platform, and BSO/CSO certifications
- Minimum one year of manufacturing experience is an asset
