This Insurance Sales Associate position supports Insurance Consultants across Scotia Wealth Management. You will help capture opportunities, prepare new business documentation, coordinate underwriting communications, and keep policy information accurate. The work also includes supporting advisor education, in-force policy management, and administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture opportunities and follow up on lead status
- Complete insurance applications and prepare client documentation
- Maintain accurate application and policy data in Centralize
- Review in-force policies and request illustrations
- Support promotional seminars, logistics, and continuing education certificates
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- Solid analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Insurance or wealth management industry knowledge
- Industry accreditation would be an asset
