This HSE Programs Coordinator supports development, implementation, and continuous improvement under HSE program leadership. The position develops documentation, implementation materials, templates, tools, and guidance resources. It also supports practical solutions aligned with organizational needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support development and improvement of HSE standards and processes
- Maintain programs, procedures, templates, tools, and guidance
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback into program development activities
- Develop resources supporting adoption of revised programs




- Collect, analyze, and report information for program evaluation

Requirements:

- Two to five years of HSE, operational, or related experience
- Experience developing documentation, business processes, or standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Construction or industrial experience is an asset
