This Senior Associate Private Banker leads Associates supporting retail, small business, and custom Private Banking needs. You will guide onboarding, understand financial goals, and recommend solutions spanning accounts, investments, credit cards, lines of credit, and mortgages. You will also oversee less complex credits, monitor financial trends, and develop team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead onboarding and management of client relationships
- Accompany Private Bankers on client meetings and calls
- Recommend solutions based on client goals and preferences




- Grant loans within authorized limits using financial analysis
- Identify relationship opportunities and make partner referrals

Requirements:

- Five or more years of retail or commercial banking experience
- Experience developing employees through coaching and feedback
- Experience with client service standards
