Provide medical-surgical nursing care at Labrador West Health Centre in Labrador City as part of the Labrador Grenfell Zone team. This temporary full-time position requires clinical planning and medication administration.

The Registered Nurse IB works actively within the nursing team while maintaining professional and organizational standards. You will care for clients across medical-surgical, obstetric, long-term care, special care, mental health, addictions, and pediatric settings. The position reports to the Manager of Patient Services and follows the LGH Model of Nursing Clinical Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, and evaluate assigned clients’ care
- Administer medications and participate in medication reconciliation
- Document according to qualified and organizational standards




- Practice independently within established standards
- Coordinate communication with clients and healthcare providers

Requirements:

- Graduate from an approved recognized nursing program
- Hold continuing CRNNL practicing licensure
- Maintain current Basic Life Support CPR certification
- Provide breastfeeding education or course completion
- Submit satisfactory conduct and vulnerable sector screenings
