As an AI Enablement Senior Engineer, you will support multiple client teams and report to the AI Enablement Technical Lead. You will help Developers and Quality Engineers apply skills, agents, and prompting techniques throughout delivery. The focus includes stronger validation, reviews, testing, and enterprise-tool integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor teams validating AI-generated delivery outputs
- Coach reviews against acceptance criteria and engineering constraints
- Support skills, agents, repositories, and configuration setup
- Assist AI knowledge-base and reverse-engineering activities
- Support Jira and Confluence tooling integrations

Requirements:

- Experience delivering software using industry best practices
- Understanding of SpecDriven development for AI enablement
- Familiarity with model behaviour and AI failure modes
- Robust communication and technical coaching skills
- Comfort using AI tools to complete job functions
