Support mission critical Mainframe operations for the Government of Ontario through incident management, service continuity, upgrades, and technical documentation.

As a Senior Technology Architect, you will sustain daily Mainframe software and program product operations while supporting planned projects. Responsibilities include standby support, SLA adherence, ticket closure, device maintenance, and operational changes. Strong communication and data centre knowledge are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operational changes and incident problem management
- Provide on call or standby support when required
- Maintain timely ticket closure and status communication
- Adhere to SLA metrics and device maintenance requirements
- Support operating system and maintenance upgrades

Requirements:

- 10+ years overseeing Mainframe infrastructure support
- Demonstrated Mainframe software support experience
- Experience managing complex enterprise hardware replacements
- Robust documentation and technical writing skills
- Experience with change management activities
