We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to advocate and maintain a user-obsessed culture within Lyft, and be happy and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You're experienced with every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas to ensure design quality through launch. Lead design for Mapping's most key user-facing surfaces, from problem definition through launch and iteration.

Map styling and 3D views – the visual language of the map itself, including 3D and map assets internal tools that help Lyft's mapping and operations teams keep the map accurate Proactively reach across organizational boundaries to partner with cross-functional leaders, synthesize competing feedback, and build consensus around complex design decisions. Build reusable design-system components, tooling, and map assets that improve the platform as well as individual features, so every surface built on the map gets better. Hold a high quality bar.

Support accurate implementation. Partner closely with engineering and content design through build, edge cases, and launch, so what ships matches what was designed.
