As a Product Manager reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will own a defined Passkey roadmap area and related KPIs. You will combine customer conversations, usage analytics, support data, and prototypes to shape priorities. The work spans hotel integrations, event products, and AI-powered features.

Key Responsibilities

Own Passkey roadmap areas and track recurring KPI reporting

Interview planners, housing agencies, and hotel teams frequently

Run discovery using interviews, analytics, support data, and prototypes

Prioritize backlogs, plan sprints, and coordinate delivery





Align stakeholders and support go-to-market launches

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years product management experience

B2B SaaS experience preferred, ideally within product management

Hospitality or PMS, CRS, API, and integration experience

Data fluency and comfort maintaining domain dashboards

AI prototyping, communication, ownership, and critical thinking skills
