This temporary full-time Pharmacist, Quality Assurance role supports safe, accurate, and effective dispensary operations. The successful pharmacist collaborates with the Pharmacy Manager and Assistant Pharmacy Manager, Operations, while serving as a subject matter expert on regulatory standards. Responsibilities span medication reviews, controlled substances, billing initiatives, staff training, data analysis, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate medication incidents and determine root causes
- Recommend and implement corrective action plans
- Share findings with facility staff and stakeholders




- Train registered staff on compliant, consistent services
- Support pharmacy operations within designation scope

Requirements:

- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Ability to build healthcare team partnerships
- Adaptability and strong listening skills
- Motivation to deliver high-quality results
- Long-term care pharmacy experience is an asset
