Lead application support activities for ECIS through functional testing, defect retesting, and technical customer assistance. Build expertise in enterprise IWMS systems.

In this senior specialist role, you will support the ECIS TRIRIGA team while developing TRIRIGA application subject matter expertise. Responsibilities span functional testing, requirements inputs, defect management, user assistance, knowledge base development, and project documentation. You will work with agile teams, JIRA, business users, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare test materials and conduct functional testing
- Retest defect fixes and change requests
- Provide direct technical COTS application customer support
- Support the ECIS TRIRIGA team




- Collaborate on requirements, documentation, and project artifacts

Requirements:

- Experience with IBM TRIRIGA Applications or related IWMS systems
- Experience with quality assurance, SIT, UAT, and defect retesting
- Understanding of business and system requirements
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, teams, tools, and JIRA
- Previous public sector experience considered an asset
