Manage desktop systems for the IESO with Windows, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting expertise across GTA locations.

As a desktop systems support specialist, you will provide hands-on, telephone, and remote assistance to business users. Responsibilities include maintaining Windows workstations, applications, peripherals, inventories, and software compliance. You will also support patch management, systems administration, and technology moves between IESO sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot operational, application, and technical user issues
- Evaluate Windows workstation applications and software patches
- Support patch management and remediate noncompliant systems
- Administer installed hardware, software, and licenses
- Move computing equipment within and between IESO sites

Requirements:

- Knowledge of computer architecture and networking
- Microsoft application support experience
- Windows 11 migration experience
- Altiris software packaging experience
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and personal vehicle access
